    Very Happy with the service and willingness to help with anything that is a miss with our arctic Spa tub. Fantastic recommendation on our Arctic Spa tub! We live in Cold Lake and if we call the service wait time has always been minimal.

    We brought our Hot Tub in to get serviced in Aug 2017. in hopes that by bringing it to them it would get serviced sooner. We left out flatbed trailer there with the hot tub on it in their storage yard. They said it would be ready at the end of September. That came and went, we were then told end of October, finally in the last week of November they told us they tried to fix it but couldn't identify the problems. We came to pick up the hot tub on Dec 8, 2017 only to find that our trailer was damaged along with our hot tub while they were in their storage yard.
