  I went to the A&W drive thru in Bonnyville at 12:15pm where i ordered a teen burger and onion rings. The burger patty was as cold as the lettuce and tomato and not even edible, I called the restaurant and was told that this is not possible as they are made to order and that they would not do anything about it! This is horrible customer relations and they will be losing any further business from me!!! If they make to order then why was my burger cold?? It seems to me that they must not follow franchise rules and should not lie and say the customer is wrong

  Restaurant seating area is very clean the staff are extremely friendly and my food came out very quickly. They obviously take great pride and working because the restaurant was full and they still did a fantastic job.
