  THE MACHO MADNESS USED TO RESIDE IN THE BONNYVILLE AREA AND LET ME TELL YOU, BROTHER, GETTING ANYTHING DONE AT THE REGISTRY WAS A REAL PAAAAAIN MY MACHO-SIZED BUTT! HAVE A JOB WITH NORMAL HOURS? WELL MAKE SURE YOU BOOK A DAY OFF TO GET IN TO AB REGISTRIES BECAUSE THEY'RE OPEN FOR ALL OF WHAT SEEMS LIKE 2 HOURS A DAY! MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PILL, 'CAUSE THIS WON'T BE CHILL MY MAN. 5/7 WOULD NOT SNAP IN TO AGAIN.

  Called within 30 minutes of their closing to ask a quick question regarding their services and they wouldn't answer. Their hours are not compatible with most people who work. The staff does move things along quickly though which is appreciated. The people at the desk do work hard.

  Recently I tried to renew my driver's license for just one year because there was a good chance we were leaving Alberta; staff would only renew for five. I contacted the provincial government and they had to put a note on my account explaining that one-year renewals WERE available and that I should be given a refund and a new license.

  I needed to renew my license and had been denied twice as I was informed my paperwork were not acceptable. Brought in same paperwork to Cold Lake and my license was renewed with no problem.

  It's pretty difficult to have a friendly experience here. It often feels like staff WANTS to turn you away. Staff turnover is not at all a surprise.

  Fast efficient service. The hours make it very hard for someone with a job to go and get anything done. I had to take time off after my lunch break to get my registration renewed. They should be open late one day a week like the Cold Lake office.
